This isn't just a website. It's a blueprint. Built by hands that know what bottom looks like. We didn't learn the answers in a seminar—we learned them in the fallout. We build operators out of the discarded.
📊 Live Impact Dashboard • Updated: March 2026
Real stories from operators who walked through the fire and came out building.
"Before Sanctuary, I was cycling through shelters and burning bridges. They didn't just give me a bed—they gave me a blueprint. Now I run my own pallet flipping business and I'm six months from my first apartment."
"The business credit protocol changed everything. I came in with nothing but a record. I'm leaving with a DUNS number, two Net-30 accounts, and a path to my own LLC. They taught me to build systems, not just survive."
We're accepting applications for Spring 2026. If you're ready to hustle, build, and transform—we're ready for you.

"A 51% Survivor-Governed housing infrastructure designed for absolute autonomy. Mentorship through the HOOKED engine. Housing through the DAZE protocol. We build operators—people who don't just survive the system, but learn to navigate, leverage, and eventually transcend it through business credit, micro-enterprise, and collective ownership."

We don't reach the summit without the ones who helped us clear the trail.
Architecture & Baseline Structuring
The initial frameworks. When we needed the scaffolding to hold the weight of this vision, McCarthy brought the steel.
Early Resourcing & Kinetic Energy
The raw momentum. Dez brought the spark that helped turn theoretical plans into actionable traction.
We don't run on suggestions. We run on law. No gray areas.
Any resident found using, possessing, or distributing illegal substances—or engaging in acts of violence—will be immediately expelled.
All residents must maintain accountability through scheduled check-ins and respect community quiet hours.
Every resident must be actively engaged in Sanctuary micro-businesses, external employment, or approved training.
A percentage of all earnings must be allocated to an escrow savings account to secure permanent housing deposits.

Real questions. Real answers. No corporate speak.
We serve individuals 18+ who are committed to transformation. Priority goes to those exiting incarceration, homelessness, or substance recovery who are ready to work, build, and grow. Drug-free, violence-free, and hustle-ready.
Sanctuary is a 6-12 month intensive. Residents progress through phases: Stabilization (Month 1-2), Skill Building (Month 3-6), and Transition (Month 7-12). Graduates leave with housing secured, business credit established, and income flowing.
Housing is subsidized, not free. Residents contribute through micro-business work and are required to save a percentage of all earnings toward permanent housing. We teach financial independence, not dependency.
Every operator establishes a DUNS number, builds Net-30 vendor relationships (Quill, Crown Office, Uline), and works toward an 80+ Paydex score. We don't just work for money—we build systems that work for us.
Click here to apply or call (864) 437-0117. The process includes a phone screening, in-person interview, and background check. We're selective—we want operators ready to work.
